What can you expect from my classes?
I teach a mindful Hatha Yoga practice: a balance of energising but gently flowing asana sequences and static postures, which are countered by calming restorative postures within a breath driven, safely taught, compassionate practice to promote peaceful inner balance.
I promote awareness of the all important heart centre, an emphasis on conscious breathing and healthy anatomical alignment for a safe practice.
A class will typically include some elements of Yoga philosophy, anatomy, pranayama, mantra, mudra and meditation.
This is a complete practice of the mind, body, breath and heart centre, a holistic approach which offers us the capacity to wholly transform and enrich the way we live our lives.
